Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 27 countries of the European Union. Orders are sent from inside the EU, so there are no customs fees or import charges.

We don't ship to a few territories that are outside the EU customs and VAT area: the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the French overseas departments and the Åland Islands.

When your order leaves

We dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Shipping options and prices

Standard shipping: 2–5 working days. €2,99 for orders with 1 Waker. Free for orders with 2 Wakers or more.

Priority shipping: 1–3 working days. €6,99 for orders with 1 Waker. €3,99 for orders with 2 Wakers or more. Priority shipping includes tracking where available.

Delivery times are estimates counted from the day your order is dispatched. Deliveries to islands and remote areas can take longer.

If your order is late

If your order has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, write to us at hello@earlywaker.com with your order number and we will sort it out. We reply within 48 hours.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. The new shipping cost is paid by you.
