What if I just go back to bed?

By the time you tap your Waker, you’re standing in another room. Going back to bed is still possible, but it’s no longer the easy option.

Can I cheat by closing the app?

Closing the app doesn’t turn it off: the alarm rings again. Tapping your Waker is what ends it. There’s an emergency stop for the mornings you really can’t reach it, and it’s designed to take more effort than getting up.

Which phones does it work with?

iPhones with iOS 26 or later, and almost any Android phone with NFC.

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy the Waker once and the app is free.

What if I lose my Waker, or I’m travelling?

The Waker is the size of a bank card, so it fits in your wallet. If you lose it, the emergency stop still turns the alarm off, and you can pair a new Waker at any time.

How long does shipping take? Can I return it?

We ship from inside the EU to every EU country, with no customs fees. Standard shipping takes 2–5 working days. Priority shipping takes 1–3 and can be chosen at checkout. You have 14 days to send it back for a full refund. Return shipping cost is on you.
